Victoria Carpets sells a wide range of collections through retailers across the UK, with product lines including Habberley, Heartlands, Lasting Impressions, Sisal Weave, and Tudor Twist.
Updating display lecterns, tombola stands, and sample portfolios current across every showroom is hard to manage at national scale, especially as ranges are added or refreshed.
Victoria Carpets needed a partner who could take this on consistently, in stores it does not run itself.
The Approach
ADP Distribution provided a full installation, distribution, and re-merchandising service across Victoria Carpets' full range.
The work covered three ongoing needs:
- Getting new lectern and tombola display stands into stores
- Displaying each range at its best
- Returning to existing stores to refresh sample portfolios.
ADP distributed the display stands to locations across the UK, then went back as needed to re-merchandise them, providing consistent coverage for Victoria Carpets.
