Balta Carpets
The Challenge
In 2018, Balta Carpets was launching its Made in Heaven range of luxury carpets and needed eye-catching lecterns in as many as 350 stores across the UK. The launch had to happen inside a two-week window, which meant every site had to be fitted correctly the first time, with no room for delay.
The Approach
ADP Distribution project-managed the whole installation for Balta Carpets, from taking in stock and building the lecterns from flat pack, to scheduling each installation and producing the paperwork and images needed to confirm every site was complete.
Treating the launch as one project, rather than 350 separate visits, is what let ADP finish all installations inside the two-week window.
ADP's team also built and installed matching display stands at the annual Flooring Show in Harrogate, giving Balta Carpets the same standard of display at its biggest industry event as on the shop floor.

Balta Carpets reports great feedback from retailers everywhere ADP delivered and installed the Made in Heaven displays.
