Distinctive Flooring
The Challenge
Distinctive Flooring needed eye-catching display units installed at two different retailers: Toons Home Furnishers in Swadlincote and Wheatcrofts Flooring in Newark. Each retailer runs on its own schedule and sells its own mix of products, so the installations had to fit around two different stores without disrupting trade at either one.
The Approach
ADP Distribution installed the display units at both locations, agreeing a time frame with each retailer in advance so the team could work without disrupting store hours. Because Toons Home Furnishers and Wheatcrofts Flooring are different businesses with different products and schedules, ADP treated each installation on its own terms rather than applying a single approach to both sites.
The Outcome
