Lifestyle Floors

Lifestyle Floors makes contemporary flooring in a wide range of colours. They needed eye-catching point-of-sale display units installed in independent retailers' stores across the country, from Excel Kitchens & Bathroom Solutions in Winsford, Cheshire, to an independent flooring retailer in Thurso, on the far north coast of Scotland. Each installation had to finish on time without disrupting the retailer's daily trading, and had to represent Lifestyle Floors' displays exactly as intended, wherever the store was based.

ADP Distribution project-managed the logistics and installation of Lifestyle Floors' carpet display units from start to finish, agreeing an installation time frame with each retailer so the work did not disrupt store hours, and working outside trading hours where that was what the retailer needed. This flexible, retailer-by-retailer approach let ADP deliver the same standard of installation at locations as close as Cheshire and as far away as the north coast of Scotland.

The team at Excel Kitchens & Bathroom Solutions were pleased enough with the results to tell ADP on the day, “Thanks for today, it looks amazing.” Lifestyle Floors itself has called the standard of ADP's installation work fantastic, and returned to ADP for further installations, including the Thurso store, a sign the relationship has continued well beyond the first project.
